Yes, that is today’s tip.
Physical exercise is very important to keep our bodies functioning at their best. Walking may be the most recommended exercise that doctors suggest. For so many health reasons too.
It’s recommended for health health, diabetes, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, and yes, brain health as well.
Makes sense, doesn’t it? Exercise gets the blood flowing faster. More blood pulsing through the body does the same for the brain.
But besides walking, did you know strength training is also important to your brain’s health? Once again, just as it helps your body, it helps your brain as well. Strength training uses different parts of the brain and effects different parts as well.
So if you are interested in keeping your brain’s health at its best too, remember to include cross training in your exercise program.
