Exercise is so good for our bodies. It stands to reason it would be good for the brain too.
It’s effective in ways we can see and feel and in many others that we won’t notice. My favorite exercise is going for a walk on a lovely, cool day. It is a delight to breathe the fresh air, feel the gentle breeze. Just writing about it refreshes me.Walking is about the easiest exercise to accomplish too. You can do it at your own pace, and for as long as you wish. You can do it anywhere, a park, the beach, the road, even a shopping center. The only ‘equipment’ needed is a good pair of shoes (though I suggest a hat and water bottle too). On top of that it’s free. What a lovely activity that needs no membership.
Walking is known to be a mind clearer as well as a mood lifter. While it is doing that, it is also pumping the blood through your body faster. That means it is doing the same in your brain as well. That is regenerating and stimulating.How about it? Ready to go for a walk?
